Google User Data, Retention and Deletion
When you connect a Google account to Dropify (for example to enable Google Merchant Center, Google Sheets, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sign-In, or other Google integrations), we request only the OAuth scopes strictly necessary to provide the feature you are enabling. We access and use Google user data only to deliver and improve the user-facing feature you connected, and we do not use Google user data for advertising, to train generalized AI/ML models, or to sell it to third parties.
Dropify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Google user data we may store on your behalf includes: your Google account identifier and email address, OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest), and the minimum profile, configuration, or product/order data needed for the integration you authorized (e.g. Merchant Center product feeds, Google Sheets cells you explicitly link, Analytics property IDs).
Retention of Google user data: OAuth tokens and connected-account metadata are retained for as long as the integration remains connected to your Dropify account. Cached content fetched from Google APIs (such as product feed snapshots or spreadsheet rows) is retained only as long as needed to serve the feature and is refreshed or evicted on an ongoing basis. If you disconnect the integration, revoke access from your Google Account, or close your Dropify account, we will delete the associated OAuth tokens and cached Google user data within 30 days, with residual copies removed from encrypted backups within 90 days.
Deletion of Google user data: You can revoke Dropify's access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by disconnecting the integration inside your Dropify dashboard. We will confirm completion of the deletion by email.
